1. Data collected

When you start a conversation on WhatsApp, you voluntarily send the information you choose—usually your name, contact number and question about brand licensing. NESZ.IA records the conversation history to follow up on your inquiry. We do not collect documents at this stage.

2. Purposes and legal bases

To respond to your inquiry and present the brand licensing model (preliminary procedures relating to a contract, Article 7, V, LGPD), and to prioritize sales inquiries through internal scoring, which does not result in an automated approval or rejection decision. Sending promotional communications requires specific, optional consent (Article 7, I), which may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Sharing

Conversations are processed only by authorized staff and infrastructure providers necessary for operations (including the messaging platform), subject to confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, with role-based access controls and event logging.

5. Data subject rights
